Huang was born in Tainan, Taiwan, on February 17, 1963. His household moved to Thailand when he was 5 years aged. When he was nine, he and his older brother have been despatched to America to live with the uncle in Tacoma, Washington. When he was 10, he lived from the boys' dormitory along with his brother at Oneida Baptist Institute while attendin
